      資料介紹

      客觀反映評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象，除了篩選出較為準(zhǔn)確的指標(biāo)外，重要的是構(gòu)建科學(xué)的數(shù)學(xué)模型，傳統(tǒng)體育綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型只考慮到指標(biāo)之間的層次性，忽略了相互制約與影響關(guān)系，為改善傳統(tǒng)體育評(píng)價(jià)模型指標(biāo)之間相互割裂的局限性，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象更加科學(xué)客觀的評(píng)價(jià)，基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法ANP，采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和超矩陣計(jì)算工具Super Decisions，構(gòu)建了優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)教練員能力評(píng)價(jià)體系的ANP網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，并計(jì)算出指標(biāo)權(quán)重。研究結(jié)果表明，采用ANP規(guī)劃指標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)和計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重，評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果是客觀的，科學(xué)的。
      Abstract:
      ?Apart from selecting comparatively accurate indicator， building scientific mathematical model is more important to reflect the evaluation objects more objectively， the traditional comprehensive sports evaluation model only takes index structure into consideration， ignoring mutual restrict and effect. to improve the disconnected limitations， and offer a more scientific and objective evaluation， ANP model， Using the mathematical statistics and Super matrix calculation tool Super Decisions， constructs the evaluation system of ANP network structure to evaluate excellent athletic coaches， and calculates the index weight. The results of study show that， the adoption of ANP index structure and calculation model planning index weight， the index effect and feedback is stressed， making the evaluation results more scientific.
