加權(quán)GS算法的權(quán)因子對(duì)BOE整形效果的影響

采用加權(quán)GS迭代算法，以高斯光束均勻化為例，模擬計(jì)算了算法中權(quán)因子的大小對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的BOE整形效果的影響；利用最佳權(quán)因子設(shè)計(jì)了16階的二元光學(xué)元件，并與權(quán)因子為其他值時(shí)進(jìn)行了比較。模擬結(jié)果表明，隨著權(quán)因子的增大，均方差減小，而衍射效率降低，得到了最佳的權(quán)因子值。

Abstract In this paper, Based on the weighted GS algorithm, as an example, a 16-phase level binary optical element designed for transforming the input Gaussian beam into nearly flat-top, The size of weight’s influence to the binary optical element is numerically simulated, at the same time, we designed a 16-phase level binary optical element with the best weight, and compared with the results abstained by other weights, the simulation results show that with the increase of the weight, the averages square difference reduced, but the diffraction efficiency also reduced.
