Abstract:

?To improve the accuracy， stability and reliability of the simultaneously driving mechanism， according to the stress strain theory， the paper designed a kind of new position detector to examine the movement condition of the transmission system， and adjusted its operating conditions. The installment， because they did not sync， produced the partial load stress converted to electrical signal in the transmission process， then sent to the monolithic microcomputer to processing and real-time automatic correction which could make the load transmission direction leaning load capacity does not surpass 0.5mm， to achieve accurate， stable and reliable operation of the simultaneously driving mechanism.
