微/ 納米冰鑷操作器執(zhí)行過程的數(shù)值模擬

冰鑷是一種借助于針尖與作用對象之間形成的極微小冰晶來實現(xiàn)對物體靈巧操縱的微/ 納米操作技術(shù),應(yīng)用該器件不僅可以實現(xiàn)如拾取、擺放等簡單動作,更可以方便地實施如拉、旋轉(zhuǎn)等復(fù)雜操作,且不受對象的形狀、帶電與否、重量、材料以及質(zhì)地等限制,并可與其它機構(gòu)結(jié)合,組成微觀意義上的自動化設(shè)備. 針對冰鑷的工作原理,基于相應(yīng)的流體力學及傳熱學數(shù)學模型,從數(shù)值計算角度對微納米尺度下冰鑷的執(zhí)行過程進行了模擬,在此基礎(chǔ)上可望更好地理解冰鑷的工作狀態(tài)及控制過程,從而有助于設(shè)計優(yōu)化新的微/ 納米冰鑷器件.

:As a new kind of micro/ nano manip ulation tool , f reeze tweezer was enabled by using the f reezing force of a small volume of nucleotide ice to manip ulate micro/ nano object s. It allows not only t he simple actions such as picking up , releasing , but al so t he complex manip ulations like p ulling and rotating object swith any shape , elect ric charge , weight , material or character . Such device can be integrated wit h ot her machines so as to const ruct certain automatic facility in micro sense. Following the working principle of t he freeze tweezer , this paper is aimed to numerically simulate t he operation behaviors of t he f reeze tweezer by
using t he corresponding fluid mechanics and heat t ransfer model s. Through this prehensive analysis ,t he working feat ures and cont rolling activities of such device can be well nderstood , which allows for f urt her designing and optimization of the micro/ nano f reeze tweezers.
