本系統(tǒng)的核心是非分散紅外光度法的測(cè)油儀。利用此儀器，可以檢測(cè)出水中礦物油和
動(dòng)植物油的污染物含量。具有較高的靈敏度和穩(wěn)定性并且體積小適于野外使用。使用專用濾光片。系統(tǒng)由單片機(jī)控制，最終把對(duì)紅外光的吸收轉(zhuǎn)化為油的濃度。光源結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)整機(jī)的性能影響很大。在光源系統(tǒng)中采用球面聚光鏡和平面反射鏡，可大幅提高光源的利用率。采用單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)操作軟件。特點(diǎn)為：1) 實(shí)時(shí)多任務(wù)控制。2) 用戶的在線引導(dǎo)、幫助和糾錯(cuò)能力。3) 豐富的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和系統(tǒng)智能

Abstract: The core of this system is Petroleum Determination Instrument by non-Disperse
Infrared spectrophotometry. Relying on this instrument, we can measure the content of pollutant of mineral oil and vegetable oil in water. It is small and has higher sensitivity and stability and suitable for using open-air. Adopt special interference filter. The system is controlled by singlechip and turned the absorption of the infrared into the oil concentration finally. The design of structure of light source had a tremendous influence to the performance of the whole machine. Adopting spherical mirror and plane mirror can notablely improve the utilization of the light source in the system of light source. Adopting operating software of singlechip system. The characteristic is: 1) control of real time and multitask. 2) ability of users’ guide online, help and error-correcting. 3) abundant database and system intelligence
