曙光5000A高效能計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

曙光5000A高效能計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn):由于求解問題和系統(tǒng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，基于cluster 架構(gòu)的高性能計(jì)算機(jī)面臨擴(kuò)展性、可靠性、功耗、占地面積、均衡性等諸多挑
戰(zhàn)。該文針對計(jì)算模塊、交換管理模塊、自適應(yīng)功率管理、專用FPGA 硬件加速部件、高速PCI-E 全交換擴(kuò)展等方面，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)高效能計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)?；谠摴?jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)建的曙光5000A 百萬億次計(jì)算機(jī)能有效解決計(jì)算密度、I/O 擴(kuò)展及帶寬瓶頸和能耗等方面的瓶頸。

【Abstract】As for the scale of the problem and the system continues to expand, the cluster-based high-performance computer is facing scalability,
reliability, power consumption, footprint, balance, and many other challenges. This paper introduces the design and realization of high-productivity
computing node such as computing module, switch module, management module, adaptive power management, FPGA-based hardware accelerator
board, high-speed PCI-E switch extend module and other aspects. It resolves the computing density, I/O expansion and bandwidth bottleneck as well
as energy consumption and other bottlenecks in Dawning 5000A 100 Teraflops supercomputer based on the high-productivity computing node.
