基于擾動觀測器的無刷直流電機無位置傳感器控制

討論了無刷直流電機無位置傳感器控制, 提出一種基于擾動觀測器的無位置傳感器控
制方案。無刷直流電機電勢平衡方程的非線性由反電勢所引起, 如果假設(shè)反電勢為常值擾動, 就 可根據(jù)線性理論設(shè)計常值擾動觀測器對反電勢過零點進行觀測。觀測結(jié)果中包含反電勢過零點信息和干擾脈沖, 后者由假設(shè)誤差引起并且會影響轉(zhuǎn)子位置信號。如果能夠消除干擾脈沖的影響,就可以將反電勢過零點信息分離出來, 從而實現(xiàn)無位置傳感器控制, 因此本文也介紹了消除干擾脈沖的原理和方法。最后, 就本文提出的方法進行了實驗研究。

Abstract 　In this paper , a new cont rol method of a brushless DC motor without position sensor is proposed based on the disturbance observer theory. The voltage equations of the brushless DC motor system are nonlinear because of the back elect romotive force ( EMF) induced in the stator windings. To simplify the design of the observer , the back EMF is assumed as a constant disturbance in this paper , and a constant disturbance observer is designed based on linear theory to estimate the zero point of the back EMF. The output s of the observer include not only the zero point information of the back EMF but also the assumption disturbance , which will influence the rotor position signals. To abst ract
the zero point information of the back EMF , an approach to eliminate the disturbance is proposed , therefore the sensorless cont rolf or the brushless DC motor is realized. At last , the experiment s are implemented to demonst rate the method proposed.
