零磁通型霍爾電流傳感器設(shè)計方案

為了解決霍爾電流傳感器電流動態(tài)測試范圍小、線性度低及頻帶寬度不能滿足實際工程需求的問題。設(shè)計出了零磁通型霍爾電流傳感器，利用零磁通原理，通過檢測二次線圈的電流（反饋電流），計算一次側(cè)電流（被測電流）的大小。采用REF232電壓基準(zhǔn)芯片為HW300B型霍爾元件提供工作電流，采用儀器放大器AD620對霍爾元件產(chǎn)生的霍爾電壓進行放大。通過測試表明，該傳感器的電流動態(tài)測試范圍比同類型的傳感器提高了50%，線性度可以達到輸入電流的0.2%，頻帶寬度可以達到300 kHz。

Abstract:

?In order to make a Hall current sensor to meet the engineering demands with larger current dynamic test range，higher linearity and wider bandwidth，this paper proposed zero-flux type current sensor，according to the zero-flux principle，it can calculate the size of primary current （measured current） by detecting the secondary coil of the current （feedback current）. REF232 voltage reference chip was used for the HW300B type Hall element to provide operating current，and instrument amplifier AD620 was used to amplify the Hall voltage generated by Hall element. Test shows that the sensor range of the current dynamic test than the same types of sensors increases 50%，linearity is up to 0.2% of input current，frequency band width is up to 300kHz.
