概述

空氣開關(guān),又名空氣斷路器,是斷路器的一種。是一種只要電路中電流超過額定電流就會自動斷開的開關(guān)??諝忾_關(guān)是低壓配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電力拖動系統(tǒng)中非常重要的一種電器,它集控制和多種保護功能于一身。除能完成接觸和分斷電路外,尚能對電路或電氣設(shè)備發(fā)生的短路、嚴重過載及欠電壓等進行保護,同時也可以用于不頻繁地啟動電動機。

4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)無線空氣開關(guān)是一種結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)的斷路器,它通過4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)了無線遠程控制功能,使得用戶可以通過手機或其他智能設(shè)備對電路進行控制,包括開啟、關(guān)閉以及監(jiān)控電路的狀態(tài)。這種空氣開關(guān)不僅提供了遠程控制的便利,還增加了電路的安全性和管理的靈活性。

4G空氣開關(guān)的主要特點包括:

遠程控制:用戶可以通過4G網(wǎng)絡(luò),隨時隨地通過手機APP或其他智能設(shè)備對電路進行控制,無需近距離操作。

實時監(jiān)控:能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)控電路的狀態(tài),包括電流、電壓等參數(shù),確保電路安全運行。

故障診斷:通過4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù),可以及時發(fā)現(xiàn)電路故障,提前預(yù)警,避免事故發(fā)生。

4G空氣開關(guān)功能

當(dāng)未來某個時刻需要空氣開關(guān)進行分閘或者合閘,通過手動來控制可以達到目的,但是,可能會遇到操作不及時等問題。因此,空氣開關(guān)都會提供定時功能,只需要設(shè)置好定時,到了時間,空氣開關(guān)會響應(yīng)相應(yīng)的設(shè)置動作,合閘或者分閘。延時主要場景是,按照實際需求,需要合閘1小時,2小時等情況。

1 定時

設(shè)置一個定時器,定時器定時時間范圍1分鐘到24小時,超時后會合閘或者分閘

2 延時

設(shè)置一個定時器,超時后,會執(zhí)行延時超時相應(yīng)動作

2 組件功能介紹

本組件實現(xiàn)空開產(chǎn)品中的定時,和延時功能,并進行相應(yīng)的后續(xù)操作。

定時和延時本質(zhì)是一樣的,服務(wù)器提供未來某個時刻或者延時到未來某個時刻,都涉及當(dāng)前時刻,未來時刻,間隔三個參數(shù),因此實現(xiàn)兩種功能使用下面相同的api。服務(wù)器不同的參數(shù)可以轉(zhuǎn)換后調(diào)用本組件的API。

3 代碼講解

1 lib_am_ty_sw_timer_delay_timer_init

功能:該函數(shù)用于,初始化定時,延時任務(wù),和相關(guān)資源。

參數(shù):無

4 Demo實戰(zhàn)

4.1 創(chuàng)建一個Demo

復(fù)制8.3_interlocking示例工程,到同一個文件夾下,修改文件名為8.4_timer_delay,如圖:

4.2 修改makefile

增加文件組件所在目錄頭文件路徑,和源文件路徑,如圖:

4.3 增加頭文件

使用代碼編輯器,將新建的工程文件加入代碼編輯器中,打開main.c,修改main.c,加入am.h等頭文件,如圖:

4.5 宏定義介紹

sample_td_uart_printf

輸出日志到DEBUG 串口,日志比較少,可以輸出到這個串口,如果日志比較多,需要輸出到usb口,以免不必要的問題出現(xiàn)

sample_td_catstudio_printf

輸出日志到USB 串口,使用catstudio查看,catstudio查看日志需要更新對應(yīng)版本mdb.txt文件,軟件打開filtter過濾日志,只查看用戶輸出的日志
