基于限制車速的安全帶強制使用裝置

為解決駕駛員駕駛安全性低和行駛舒適性差的問題，設計出一種新型安全帶強制使用裝置。采用計算機仿真模擬的方法進行研究和設計，外圍的輸入信號模擬發(fā)動機的加速踏板信號、轉(zhuǎn)速信號和安全帶佩戴情況信號，控制芯片采用飛思卡爾公司的MC9S128單片機，輸出信號為輸給發(fā)動機ECU的油門踏板信號和語音提示系統(tǒng)的控制信號。實驗表明，如果駕駛員和乘客不佩戴安全帶，不管駕駛員如何操作加速踏板，將車速限定在一定的人身安全的車速范圍內(nèi)；當需要提速時，提醒駕駛員和乘客佩戴安全帶，以確保人身安全，使汽車被動安全裝置更為人性化，由此提高駕車舒適性和安全性。

Abstract:

?To solve the problem of low security and poor comfort during the driving， a new safety belt compulsory device was designed. The computer simulation method was used to research and design. The peripheral input signals stimulated the touch accelerator pedal signal， rotate speed signal and safety wearing signal of the engine. The MC9S128 singlechip produced by Freescale Semiconductor was used as the controller chip. The output signals were the accelerator pedal signal which was transmitted to ECU and the control signal of the voice prompt system. Experiments show that if the driver and passengers do not wear the seat belt， the speed is limited in a certain range， no matter how the driver operates the accelerator pedal. When the car need to be speed up， the device can remind the driver and passengers to ensure their security with fastening the safety belt. This safety belt makes the auto passive safety device more humanized，and raising the driving comfort and security.
